Please assist us at the time of your initial visit to the office by providing the following information:

What To Expect at Your First Visit:
We will complete an in-depth review of your medical and dental health history. We will take any necessary dental x-rays to help us properly diagnose and treat you. A thorough examination of your teeth and gums will be performed, along with a head and neck exam, oral cancer screening, and TMJ evaluation.
Dr. Cao will go through her findings with you and work with you to create an appropriate treatment plan. We will assist you with insurance estimates and proper coordination with specialists, if necessary, to ensure that you feel confident and in control of your dental health.
